Types of Customized Ribbon Services

As we all known that ribbon has many types and sizes,so if you can't find the right style, you should order custom services to get what you want.

1.Custom Colors
Charge of Dye-to-match colors (Custom Colors) The charge is $40 per color. Two lab dip options are provided each time for clients' confirmation. If more lab dip options are required each time, another surcharge of $20 per color must be plused. For the different times of the same color matching, the DTM color charge will equal to new color charge, which is $ 40 per color. An extra machine switching fee of $ 20 must be plused if the amount of one single order of that particular color does not reach $100; while the DTM color charge can be refunded if the amount of one single order of that particular color exceeds $500.This refund is limited to $40.

2.Print Craft
3. Two-side Screen Ink Print
For two-side Screen ink print, if the design need contraposition, handcraft printing fee will be triple of the nomal one; (No full equivalence, resemblance only); if no contraposition is needed, handcraft printing fee will be 2.5 times of the nomal one; For Two-side Rotary Press Ink Print, handcraft printing fee will be twice of the nomal one; Screen fee is charged in accordance to the actual color.
4. Full breadth
If the design is full breadth and needs deburring, another USD 0.5/100 yards of surcharge must be plused; Full breadth is unavailable for sheer ribbon. Full Screen: For those printing surface which is wider than half of the bandwidth, handcraft printing fee will be 1.5 times of the nomal one.( as the following picture) For the patterns belongs to both full breadth and full screen, it must be treated as full screen.
5. For Screen Ink & Eng-Glitter print
For Screen Ink & Eng-Glitter print + other print craft ( Screen ink print and Screen Pigment print only), the price consist of the sumation of all the handcraft printing fee + the price of base ribbon+ 15 wastage points.
6. High-frequency Emboss Plate fee
For the LOGO circle within 12cm, the sample fee is $20; the fee for over 12 cm is negotiable. The sample fee would be refunded if the order amount reaches $800. The prices of special foil, such as colored foil, Leser foil, are negotiable.
7. For sheer ribbon, it is only available for Screen ink print, Screen Puff print, Screen Puff & Foil Print(Gold/Silver) and Screen Ink & Eng-Glitter Print only.
8. The above price of Delocalization Screen Ink & Eng-Glitter Print is for sheer ribbon only. An extra 20% printing fee must be plused if the based ribbon is polyester ribbon. And the sample fee is USD 40 per item.
